Telehealth Neurology Visits
Telehealth neurology appointments are available to patients located anywhere in Illinois or Wisconsin. You do not need to live near an office, but you must be physically located in Illinois or Wisconsin at the time of the appointment.
Telehealth may be appropriate for selected neurological evaluations and follow-up care. Some concerns require an in-person neurological examination or testing.

A telehealth visit may be appropriate for selected neurological evaluations and follow-up care. This can include memory concerns, dementia care, migraine and headaches, neuropathy symptoms, dizziness, medication follow-up, and review of neurological testing.
- Discussing symptoms, history, medications, and prior records
- Following established memory, dementia, migraine, headache, or neuropathy concerns
- Reviewing test results and response to treatment
- Medication follow-up and treatment-plan questions
- Including family members or caregivers when appropriate
When an in-person visit may be needed
Telehealth is not appropriate for every neurological concern. A complete neurological examination, cognitive testing, EMG, EEG, or other hands-on assessment may require an in-person appointment. The office can help determine the appropriate visit type based on the reason for your appointment.
You must be physically located in Illinois or Wisconsin at the time of a telehealth appointment.
