Acute and preventive treatment plans guided by a headache diary.
Neuropathy Evaluation
Cause-directed workup with EMG and nerve conduction testing when indicated.
Balance & Fall Evaluation
Gait assessment, medication review and targeted balance and strength planning.
EEG & Seizure Evaluation
Evaluation of spells and seizures, with EEG, imaging and medication decisions.
Neurological Second Opinions
Independent review of a diagnosis, prior testing and current treatment plan.
How a visit is structured
- Review of symptoms, timeline, prior testing and medications
- Complete neurological examination
- Cognitive testing when memory is the concern
- Only the testing that will change the diagnosis or the plan
- A clear explanation of findings, in plain language
- Nutrition, sleep and exercise addressed as part of treatment
- A written plan and scheduled follow-up
Telehealth
Telehealth may be available for appropriate follow-up visits depending on clinical needs, location and applicable regulations. New neurological problems generally require an in-person examination.
